The Radiation Oncology team at Dana-Farber needed a better way to track patients through intake and insurance clearance before starting treatment. The process was complex, often asynchronous, and lacked visibility across roles.

  • Designed a responsive system to manage patient onboarding and insurance status

Impact

The Patient Statusboard improved visibility into where each patient was in the process, reducing delays and improving coordination across clinical, admin, and insurance teams.
